This warranty covers bath tubs and wall tile refinished by us in OWNER OCCUPIED HOUSING for 5 years against defects in material or workmanship providing the customer has maintained the surface as recommended. During the first two years repairs will be made free of charge. During the balance of the warranty period there will be a charge of 50% of the then current charge for the required service. Rust, corrosion, spot repairs, crack repairs, sinks and all other surfaces are not warranted unless otherwise stated in invoice.
Bathtubs and wall tile refinished by us for COMMERCIAL, RENTAL, AND CONTRACTOR ACCOUNTS are warranted for one year. This warranty is not transferable.
The following conditions are not covered under warranty: Damage caused by leaking or dripping plumbing. Damage, chips or scratches caused by falling objects or misuse. Staining or discoloration from chemicals, bleaches, rust, hair dyes, or the use of abrasive cleaners. Damage caused by sand or pets being on the surface. Not following the proper cleaning and care instructions. Movement in the substructure resulting in cracks or splits in the refinished surface or grout lines. Degradation of the refinished surface caused by lack of cleaning. Caulking and plumbing are not under warranty. We are not responsible for dust particles that fall on the surface before it is dry.
Countertops come with a 1 year adhesion warranty. If the coating lifts, peels, bubbles, or cracks due to improper installation or workmanship we will address the issue and make any necessary repairs.
DEPOSITS: We require a non refundable deposit of $100 for any job $500 or higher which is due within 24 hours of scheduling to hold the date. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise stated.
Jobs with a total cost of $1000 or more will require a 50% non refundable deposit. Remaining balance due immediately upon completion.
